How much does it cost for Touch-Free services?
Our services are $1.00 per minute, with a 30-minute minimum.  You can extend your service times to a 45, or 60-minute session as well.

Can I bring my own headphones/ear buds and music.
Yes, many people use this option during services, although we caution you against taking these items in the sauna or Halotherapy services, as they can cause damage to your equipment. 
If you take them in either of those services, you do so at your own risk.

What should I wear for the Infrared Sauna, Redlight, or Halotherapy?
You can undress to your comfort level.  You can wear a swimsuit/shorts and tank top, undergarments, or nothing at all., our doors lock for your convenience.  

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, Paypal, or credit/debit card

Do I have to be a member?
No, we do not require memberships, we offer them as an option to save money.

If I sign up for a membership is there a long-term commitment?
No, our memberships are month to month, you can cancel them online. (We do not refund for early cancellations)

Do the memberships include the Provider services? (Nails, Traditional Massage, Esthetics, Reflexology or PEMF)
No, our memberships include 9 touch-free options, the Providers charge separately for their services, and their gift certificates.

If I have a Zenful Moments Spa gift card, can I use that for provider services?
No, each provider has their own gift certificates/gift cards available for purchase.

If I receive a Zenful Moments Spa gift card but do not want to do any services, can I have a refund?
No, we do not offer refunds for gift cards.  We do offer retail items you can purchase, or you can re-gift it to another person.
