There are two entrances — one with stairs and one with an elevator —1518 11th Street is the stair entrance, 1520 11th Street is our elevator entrance, both visible in this photo.
It can be a little hidden at first, so don’t worry if you’re unsure where to go.
Our Touch-Free, (machine-based services) are conveniently located on street level at 1516 11th Street, in the same building.
We welcome walk-ins for our Touch-Free Lounge, all upstairs appointments need to be scheduled in advance.
