​ Hello, My name is Judi, and I am an RN, and also a Certified Reflexology practitioner. I have spent my adult life   working to help people reach their highest level of wellness through both traditional and natural health options.  I   decided to become certified in Reflexology after I was introduced to the practice during an illness that took me to   Mayo Clinic, and Reflexology was part of my health plan.  My experience with Reflexology, and the pain relief and   relaxation it offered me during my stay convinced me that i wanted to give the same feeling to others.  I began   offering Reflexology in March 2025, and I am looking forward to doing this full time soon.
